The difficulty to find 150’s is 1.0, but keep in mind that they still aren’t super common since dinos will still spawn at levels like 20, 55, etc. At the start you'll only see low levels. Periodically do wild dino wipes as you progress and you'll start to see 150's more often. This is not a thing.
