UW is the best and sometimes I can't do all the questions during a 4 week rotation. I prioritize UW then do AMBOSS if I have time. AMBOSS tends to have some more esoteric, kinda random questions that are lower yield. If you only do one, do UW. If you can afford both and love question banks, do both.
