This is my local Panda Express and usually the experience is normal of a fast food/ Panda Express. However, one time I went when there were literally 4 people in the restaurant. 1 paying for food and 3 sitting down and eating. There were 4 staff members, 1 cooking, 1 taking order of the other lady and 2 just talking to eschother.
