you mean the rider bonus obvious question, You were the one who imprinted the baby dino ? No, but have the server setting on that the imprint counts for everyone. The additional stats of Imprinting is always there. Not the rider bonus since you didn't imprint it.

I think that having the whole tribe gain an imprinting bonus makes the whole idea pointless.
