You cant just find them consistently, some guy made an apotheotic boss farm before on a large scale and was able to farm them kind of, otherwise id say look for apotheosis endermen bosses in the end if they spawn, they usually have 300 hp and are most likely to drop ancient affixes. Doesn't seem to drop many Earth gems, though. No matter for my purposes. Apotheosis gem types are random. I've only gotten them as rare drops from killing endermen in the end. Have looting and luck nearly maxed out, so I'm not sure if I'm hitting some level where other drops are overriding gem loot rolls or not.
