By using both power switch or manual mode, the door closes but 2 second later, it pops out of its rear latch, causing the door indicator to light up. When put in drive or reverse, you hear a beeping sound.

You might have to break the handle off though. It will close almost all the way and then it stops and reopens, but if you push on the door slightly while it's closing it will close all the way. It just seems to need a little help.
My 2007 Honda Odyssey EX has served us well. 140,000 miles and we love it. Very few issues or problems. During past few weeks a big problem has come up -- when the passenger side rear sliding door is opened, it often won't close all the way.
