Agility: 20. Obviously an agility build will be full agility. Deadshot is extremely great if you're using a bow. The arrows are much faster and it is much easier to land shots with it. Precision Strike is good otherwise. I run Rolling Thrust for the extra armor pen on the bow. Double Jump * is good if you like jumping into bases.

Skelos Cultist Master set gives 8% per piece. You can get it to 10% per piece with the proper armorer. Find a named armorer with the shield logo for best stats. I can confirm it. My skelos master gear is 10% follower 8% agility because of tier 4 werk of the lost tribe. It's actually 8% per piece.
