I had one that had encoding of "UTF-8", but all the others were "UTF-8-BOM". You can change the encoding on the file using Notepad++. 2.

However well the Switch game runs for you, the Wii U version probably runs a lot better on Cemu (if you mod the Switch version to run at 60, both Yuzu and Ryujinx struggle to get to game running well, playing it in slow motion.

It is being installed for you in recent builds of emudeck, no user setup necessary. It just works. Delete all shortcuts you have made for cemu before, and or or run steam rom manager again for its links to be updated.
