Withered gives +163 S for me on a legendary sword. A player has cata 50 and 2240 S+C without a sword reforge (DeathStreeks). Withered gives +185 S on a legendary weapon for him. The fractional increase in damage is ( ( (2240+185)/200+1) / (2240/200+1))^2 = 1.16. As you can see, withered gets worse and worse. Go for a shadow assassin chestplate and a max livid dagger. I'd say sf is a downgrade if you dont have the attack speed yourself, but other than that, its better than ld for single hit damage.
