While it's not really a Bakugan-type gameplay at all, it builds STRONG nostalgia and makes you love the pre-evolution forms of the New Vestroia bakugan that were never shown in the anime. There does not seem to be any publicly online which is a shame as Bakugan Battle Brawlers is easily the best game in the series. Heck, even Defenders of The Core got a mod at one point... Maybe if DS modding tools advance univerally for all games, it will happen. Just time will tell. r/romhacking.
