First, you can be induced in the hospital, mot often with prostaglandins like misoprostol at 2 cm. Or, you can try to get labor going at home. However, you have to keep in mind that many people stay 2 cm for days or weeks before having their baby. Just because your cervix is open a bit just means that baby is pushing on it a bit to open it up.
